  1. 営業許可と規約への同意
    本施設は特区民泊の営業許可を受けて運営されています。ご宿泊いただく際は、本ハウスルールに同意していただく必要があります。
  2. 宿泊者の登録
    宿泊者全員の氏名、住所、パスポート番号（外国籍の方のみ）の登録が必要です。チェックイン前までに必ずご連絡ください。ご連絡いただいた後、玄関の暗証番号をご案内いたします。
    登録情報は、法律に基づき管理し、適切に処理します。
  3. 鍵の受け渡しと管理
    入り口右側にキーボックスを設置しております。事前に連絡している暗証番号を押して中の鍵を取り出してください。鍵の紛失を防ぐため、退室時は必ず鍵をかけて、キーボックスに入れてください。紛失の場合は鍵交換費用を請求させていただきます。
  4. ペットの同伴
    ペットの同伴は事前に許可が必要です。許可なしの同伴はお断りしています。
    ペットは1階のみの利用とし、2階はカーペット敷きのため、立ち入りを禁止します。
  5. チェックインとチェックアウト
    チェックイン時間: 午後3時以降 / チェックアウト時間: 午前11時まで
    チェックアウト時間を過ぎる場合は、事前にご相談ください。チェックイン後とチェックアウト前に必ずメッセージもしくはメール ( info@yumixdesign ) にてご連絡ください。
  6. インターネット
    2階ベッド奥にルーターがあります。繋がりにくい場合は電源を落としてリセットしてください。

  7. 騒音と近隣住民への配慮
    夜10時から朝7時までは大声での会話、テレビの音量を抑えるなど、周囲への配慮をお願いいたします。楽器の演奏やパーティーはご遠慮ください。
  8. 禁煙とポイ捨て禁止
    全て禁煙です。屋外の玄関周辺でもタバコを吸ったりポイ捨ては禁止しています。
  9. ゴミの分別と廃棄
    ゴミは指定された袋に分別して指定場所に捨て、外部へ持ち出さないでください。
    （例：燃えるゴミ、プラスチック、缶・瓶・ペットボトルなど）
  10. 設備と備品の利用
    備品や設備は丁寧にご利用ください。破損や紛失があった場合は速やかにご連絡ください。
    ・ キッチン
    自由にご利用いただけますが、利用後は清掃をお願いいたします。
    ・ ベッド
    ベッドの上で飛び跳ねたりしないでください。シーツやマットレスを汚さないようにお気をつけください。
    ・ シャワー
    お風呂はなくシャワーのみです。徒歩10分ほどの場所に銭湯がありますのでご利用ください。
    ・ タオル
    タオルはお一人様1枚ご用意しております。ご自由にお使いください。洗濯機も利用可能です。
    ・ マナー
    靴は脱いでお入りください。1Fまでスリッパをご利用いただき、2Fへの階段が滑りやすいため、スリッパは使用しないでください。
  11. 火災安全と緊急時の対応
    火気の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください。
    緊急時には速やかに「110」（警察）または「119」（消防）へ通報し、
    14番の連絡情報に記載されている電話番号へ必ず連絡してください。玄関のドアベルでも話すことができます。
  12. 不審者や迷惑行為への対応
    施設のセキュリティを守るため、宿泊者以外の人を無断で招待することは禁止しております。
    不審者を見かけた場合は、速やかに管理者へ連絡してください。
  13. 禁止事項
    薬物、危険物の持ち込みや使用は禁止です。商業目的や違法行為に利用することを固く禁じます。

【 OSAKA FUKUSHIMA ZAEMON-TEI 】

  1. Permission and Agreement to Rules
    This property operates with a Special Zone Private Lodging Permit. Guests are required to agree to these house rules before staying.
  2. Guest Registration
    The full name, address, and passport number (for foreign nationals only) of all guests must be registered. Please provide this information before check-in. Once the registration is completed, we will provide the entrance access code.
    All personal information will be managed and handled appropriately in accordance with the law.
  3. Key Handling and Management
    A key box is located to the right of the entrance. Use the code provided in advance to retrieve the key. To prevent loss, ensure the door is locked, and return the key to the key box upon departure. In case of key loss, the cost of replacement will be charged.
  4. Pets
    Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Unapproved pets are not permitted.
    Pets are restricted to the first floor. Entry to the second floor is prohibited due to carpeted flooring.
  5. Check-in and Check-out
    Check-in: From 3:00 PM / Check-out: By 11:00 AM
    If you need to check out later, please contact us in advance. Additionally, please send a message or email (info@yumixdesign) after check-in and before check-out.
  6. Internet Access
    A router is located near the bed on the second floor. If the connection is unstable, restart the router by turning off the power and then on again.

  7. Noise and Consideration for Neighbors
    Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Lower the volume of conversations and the TV. Musical instruments and parties are prohibited.
  8. No Smoking and No Littering
    Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas, including outside near the entrance. Littering is also prohibited.
  9. Waste Disposal and Separation
    Separate your waste into the designated bags and dispose of them in the specified location. Do not take waste outside the property.
    Examples: Burnable waste, plastics, cans, bottles, PET bottles, etc.
  10. Use of Facilities and Amenities
    Please handle all facilities and amenities with care. Report any damages or losses immediately.
    ・ Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after use.
    ・ Beds: Do not jump on the beds. Take care not to stain the sheets or mattresses.
    ・ Shower: There is no bathtub; only a shower is available. A public bath is located about a 10-minute walk away.
    ・ Towels: One towel per guest is provided. Feel free to use them. A washing machine is also available.
    ・ Etiquette: Remove your shoes before entering. Use slippers on the first floor but avoid using them on the stairs to the second floor, as they can be slippery.
  11. Fire Safety and Emergency Procedures
    Please be cautious when handling fire.
    In case of emergency, immediately contact “110” (Police) or “119” (Fire Department) and call the phone number provided in section 14. You can also use the doorbell at the entrance to communicate.
  12. Handling Suspicious Individuals and Nuisances
    To maintain security, inviting unauthorized individuals to the property is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious persons, contact the property manager immediately.
  13. Prohibited Items and Activities
    The possession or use of drugs, hazardous materials, and engaging in illegal or commercial activities are strictly prohibited.
